This is a 6-week program focusing on Women’s Health. Over these six weeks, you will be practicing several sequences that are of particular benefit to women, which balance the endocrine and nervous systems, supply the body with fresh oxygenated blood, and bring a renewed sense of calm, strength, and focus.
2:30 to 4:00pm on Saturdays, starting from 21 July to 1 September. (No class on 4 August)
