These are specialised classes focusing on Women’s Health. In these classes, you will be practicing several sequences that are of particular benefit to women, which balance the endocrine and nervous systems, supply the body with fresh oxygenated blood, and bring a renewed sense of calm, strength, and focus.
When: Saturdays 2:30 to 4:00pm
Note: There will be no class on 6 and 20 April
